AETINS offered a single core system for Life, Group and General insurance. A ready solution was used with comprehensive product configurator, integrations and reporting approaches. Takaful protection products were also introduced on the same framework to expand into Takaful lines in a gradual manner. Furthermore, all the distribution channels were empowered by digital tools with Straight Through Processing and Real Time information access facilities. This boosted the sales and reduced the servicing costs substantially.
