ISF Family & General Takaful is a single end-to-end solution covering protection mentioned in ISF Family Takaful, ISF Group Takaful, ISF Health Takaful, and ISF General Takaful. Only the risks are different for Life and General, but the standard functions, such as channel management, channel compensation, collections, payments, and subsidiary ledger are the same. Similarly, the customer and channel database are the same too. And it has configurable Takaful funds and support for different Takaful models.

Since it is a single solution, it is cheaper, easily managed, helps to bundle a complete solution for customers and saves cost as the same people are handling common functions.
